*Check out time is 11 a.m.
*Please confirm your estimated time of arrival 24 hours in advance.
* All prices are based on a two consecutive night stay, single or double occupancy. For each additional guest over two add $30.00. CC's accepted.
* One nights deposit for each room is required for all reservations. Some reservations require full prepayment prior to seven days of arrival.
* There is a $10.00 surcharge on one night bookings. One night bookings are not always available.

Cancellation and refund policy
Deposits and rents are refundable provided that cancellation is made as follows:
* Up to 14 days prior - all but $30.00 per room refunded
* Less than 14 days prior - all but 1st night deposit refunded
* Less than 7 days prior or shortening of confirmed reservations - no refund
